Delivery

​

Free shipping on all orders in Australia.

 

We aim to deliver items within 7-14 days of the order being processed, provided that we have received and processed your payment.

Delivery is provided through Australia Post, with standard shipping. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided on the order. 

​

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any orders that require international shipping at this present moment.

Payment

​

Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed.

​

Methods of payment are by card, and in AUD.

​

If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations

​

We are unable to process cancellations on orders purchased and processed.

Returns and Exchanges

​

If an item is determined to be faulty, you may receive a full refund. 

 

A refund is only made available to the customer after the item has been returned, properly inspected, and determined as faulty. The item must be returned within a reasonable time after purchasing the item.

 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

 

We are not accepting returns on any items that have been subject to alterations to their original state at time of delivery.

 

We are not accepting refunds or exchanges on any items if you have changed your mind.
